    My thoughts...

    JCI reached all-time high (7,534)
JCI is near (Mirae Asset) Rully's JCI YE target of 7,585.

    Should we buy or sell?

So, if you have stocks, you will be waiting for the slightest signal to take profit (an excuse like BOJ's rate hike). But at the same time, you don't want to jump off a running horse (Market could grind higher). That is the reason why market is not overly excited despite JCI breaking all-time high. Investors are still sidelined.

So, what do you do? That's a million dollar question. I think it's reasonable to think that the market is likely to remain liquid and strong until the US election is done. So, I would still trade at this point. Take the bat with a shorter stance and make opportunistic trades.

My top pick is still $ASII (Yesterday it reached my short-term target of 5%, but I still see upside)
